Ever since I was a teenager there's been this little part of me that wished I was the crafty type. Every girl and woman in my Church were. If it was crafty they could darn well do it. Not me though; I was just a writer. After years of spending time with the same girls and later the same women it dawned on me that I would never be on their level of craftiness but it didn't stop me from drooling all over the displays at my local craft store, regardless. While my Mom looked at all things craft (yep, she was one of those types too) I was usually found killing time in the Scrapbooking aisles where I dreamed of creating pages of fun, creative, photo collages of myself, family and friends.
Although my dreams of becoming a crafter have never been realized it hasn't stopped me from "oohing" and "ahhhing" over other peoples photo books, which is how I came to be in possession of this gorgeous Mini Scrapbook from Bella Boutique! "My store, BellaBoutique23, has many unique gifts including mini scrapbook albums for all occasions, ribbon bound card sets, pop up cards, tealight candle cards, and hair bobby pins. The name of my shop was inspired by my sweet Golden Retriever Bella. She is one of God's special creations and she along with God's nature, animals, flowers, all inspire my creative side.
I love making handmade items and it has been a lifelong passion creating works of art. I have always enjoyed giving handmade gifts to friends and family. I began scrapbooking in high school when my friend's mom opened a scrapbook store and it was then I began using my artistic gift to create cards and albums.
